a website Template this is important .
To change your Resolution Setting On Windows, > Right Click
your mouse on your desktop and go to Active Desktop on win98 > Customize My Desktop > Settings ('Properties' on XP to Settings )
You will see this : 
now change your resolution to 800x600 
(click on it, it will open in a seperate browser) If you haven't already done so : change the resolution on your computer as described above to 800x600.. See at the bottom of the image to the right there is now a Gap and your visitor using a different resolution has to scroll backwards and forward just to see and read your webpage,it looks very unprofessional (this is not a problem as long as your whole webpage can be seen within the screen without the need to scroll). If you are selling goods or running a sensible site such as an Organization , bad resolution setup (webpage development) may interfere with your visitors pleasure . 50% of your visitors will be using 800x 600 resolution screens .
