Content : Images , fonts, layout and resolution .

Functionality : Websites should be available to the General Public with Easy accessibilty areas .

Graphics : should be quick to download and show, ranging upto a maximum of 100k each . Accept for multiple Images on a single page should be Thumbnail size and not be a potential browser crasher whereby the amount of images takes an unreasonable time to download .
(less then 15-20 seconds in total for completion )

Safety : The content of your website should not contain mis-information , images of a violent or deviant nature and should be fit for all visitors unless otherwise stated by warnings .
Downloads should include accurate information .
Awards staff have the right to refuse or remove an applicant or awarded site without explaination .

Navigation : Websites and pages within should be easy to Navigate to and from especially to the Home (index page) .
(This also includes Contacting the webmaster or a member of staff within your site .)

Usefulness : Overall the applicants website should have a use to visitors and offer something worthwhile .

Domain Names : Your Website Award does not depend on the address of your website ,whether or not your site has it's own Domain Name or someone else's free website address, ie mysite.freeweb.com (this is known as a sub domain). But your own domain name such as mysite.com ,gamesforyou.com or Tsawards.com can make a difference to your visitors. Consider that your site sells products and a visitor wishes to spend money ,a visitor will think twice about spending money if he/she feels it might be unsafe or that your site may move (change it's name) and can not be found registered through the authortive bodies .
